Your Divine Thumbprint
I just jumped off a DYNAMIC coaching call I hold each week with some high octane leaders in search of moving from success to significance. I love the power and energy I feel on a call where unity of vision and purpose can be felt. What amazes me, however, is how many WARRIORS with a potential to effect GLOBAL CHANGE are still in a state of slumber due to settling for mediocrity, listening to voices of adversity, or simply not living up to their fullest potential personally or professionally.
Your life is like a thumbprint that is destined to leave a UNIQUE imprint on this world that outlasts your lifetime. The challenge most leaders face is that they are too busy putting out fires, focussing on what seems most URGENT, instead of strategically planning to live for what is MOST IMPORTANT.
I love the statement on of my clients said this morning. He said, “Staci, I feel like I have been sleeping for over 30 years and now I have finally awoken to my Divine Purpose. I thought I was successful because I viewed success as the numbers on our bottom line statements. But I have been missing my greatest productivity by not seeing the bigger picture. I am ready and excited to tackle my next 40 years with even greater significance and passion than ever before.”
